Received a message from us?

If you have had a WhatsApp or email message from Oxfordtech, it was sent on behalf of a business you have a relationship with. Here is what that means.

Why you received it

You gave that business your mobile number or email and agreed to receive messages about a service you signed up for. The business asked us to deliver those messages. The business is named in every message.

What we send

Reminders, requests for documents or information you agreed to provide, and confirmations. We do not send marketing.

What we never ask for

Bank details, card numbers, passwords, one-time codes, or copies of identity documents. A message in our name asking for any of these is not from us. Tell us at info@oxfordtech.ai.

Who you are talking to

Messages and first replies are handled by an automated system, and the message says so. Your reply goes to the business's own team, and you can ask for a person at any time.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message, or contact the business directly. Stopping messages does not affect the service you signed up for.
